  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50.

3. International Shipping

  • Worldwide Shipping: We ship to most countries globally.
  • Standard International Shipping: Typically takes 7-14 business days.
  • Expedited International Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days.
  • Customs and Duties: Import duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at Checkout: Shipping costs are based on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout.

5. Tracking

  • Order Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor your package.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

  • Lost Packages: Juicy Ladies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the damage.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
